Thank you for shopping with DealVora! We aim to get your products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email once your order is successfully placed.

  • You will receive a Shipping Notification Email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.


Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders ship within 6–8 business days after being placed.

Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has shipped, here are the expected delivery windows:

  • USA & Canada: 6–8 business days

  • Australia, NZ & Oceania: 7–12 business days

  • Europe & UK: 7–12 business days

  • Latin America: 12–26 business days

  • Other countries: 15–30 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other external factors.


International Shipping & Customs

  • Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide, except for a few locations with delivery restrictions. If you are unsure, contact us at support@hairora.net.

  • Customs Charges: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  • If you haven’t received tracking details or need help, contact us at support@hairora.net.


Incorrect Shipping Address

  • DealVora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned unopened under our return policy.

  • If we made an error, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no additional cost.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@hairora.net for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Check around your property or with neighbors

  2. Wait 1–2 business days for possible redelivery

  3. Contact your local post office to file a claim

  4. Email us at support@hairora.net with claim details so we can assist

  • DealVora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Lost in Transit

  • If tracking has not updated for 25 days, the package will be considered lost.

  • Please contact us at support@hairora.net, and we will arrange a replacement.
